Grays Harbor Transit Board of Directors

Grays Harbor Transit is organized as a county transit authority and, as such, its board composition is defined by statute in RCW 36.57.030. Following this rule, the Board of Directors consists of: the three Grays Harbor County Commissioners, the Mayor of the most populous city in the county, the Mayor of a city with population more than 5,000, and the Mayor of a city with population less than 5,000. Per the 2019 revised Grays Harbor Transit Bylaws, the mayors' terms on the board will be two years.

- Commissioner Rick Hole, Grays Harbor County
- Mayor Douglas Orr, Aberdeen (most populous city)
- Mayor Ben Winkelman, Hoquiam (city over 5,000 population)
- Mayor Josh Collette, Elma (city under 5,000 population)
- Mark Neuville, ATU 1765 (labor representative)
Board Meetings
The Board of Directors hold regular meetings every month open to the public.
When: 2nd Tuesday of every month at 4pm
Where: GHT Administrative Offices (unless otherwise noted)
Special meetings may be called with public notice posted to the GHT website.
