Grays Harbor Transit Board of Directors

The Grays Harbor Transit Board of Directors currently consists of the three Grays Harbor County Commissioners, the Mayor of the most populous city in the county, the Mayor of a city with population more than 5,000, and the Mayor of a city with population less than 5,000.  Per 2019 revised Grays Harbor Transit Bylaws, the Mayor terms will be two years starting in 2020. The selection of the members is pursuant to RCW 36.57.030.

• Mayor Ben Winkelman, Hoquiam representing population 5,000 or more
• Mayor Josh Collette, Elma representing population under 5,000
• Commissioner Rick Hole, Grays Harbor County 
• Commissioner Georgia Miller, Grays Harbor County
• Commissioner Vickie Raines, Grays Harbor County
• Ken Mehin, Grays Harbor Transit General Manager
• Mark Neuville, Union Representative - ATU 1765

The Board of Directors holds public meetings monthly at the Grays Harbor Transportation Authority's Administrative Offices located at 343 West Wishkah Street (upstairs in the Harbor Place building with elevator access) in Aberdeen the second Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m.  (Note:  Board meetings are both in-person and virtual meetings with links published on the agendas.)
