Via Mobility, LLC, GHTA’s third-party contractor, will have access to all personal information collected by HarborFLEX for purposes related to management and administration of the Services. Information may be stored on servers located in the United States.
b. With other users: If you are a rider, we may share your name and location with your driver to facilitate your ride. If you are a driver, we may share your name, vehicle information, and location with riders to facilitate their rides.
c. For legal reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of GHTA, our users, or others.
d. In connection with a sale or transfer of assets: We may share your information with another entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction.
