Title VI

Grays Harbor Transit ensures that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Any person who believes that their Title VI protection has been violated may file a complaint with Grays Harbor Transit's Title VI Coordinator. Click on the green button below for a complaint form.
